Who Is The Selection Committee?

The Selection Committee is a board of students who assist the editors in compiling The Mill. Committee members review and discuss every piece submitted to the journal; they are instrumental in selecting the contents of each year's new edition.

Committee members are chosen from a pool of qualified applicants early in the fall semester and serves until the journal is published the following spring. Committee members review all works anonymously and honor the privacy of those authors and artists who have submitted them.

The Selection Committee is a diverse group of students who possess significant passion and expertise in the literary and visual arts. They are students from any major who have elected to invest their time and knowledge into the Baldwin Wallace Arts Community.
